we even think of opening a furniture catalogue, we'll visit your offices and carry out an
in-depth appraisal of your needs. We'll talk to your staff and find out what drives them
mad about their existing furniture. Then, using computer-aided design, we'll provide
state-of-the-art space-planning. This will produce the optimum use of your available
space.

Our
team of interior designers will then give advice on fabrics and colours to enhance the
furniture and produce a complete office environment. As far as furniture is concerned, we
have links with all leading manufacturers, enabling us to select products exactly suited
to your requirements.
And (despite
our comfortable chairs) we don't sit around waiting for the manufacturers to
produce the furniture you want. We take a pro-active role, working with selected
manufacturers to develop furniture for the office of the future. If we can't find exactly
what you want in their brochures, we'll get them to make it for you.
Incidentally, we have no favourites when it comes to
selecting manufacturers. That's our second magic
touch.We
provide independent unbiased advice, putting our clients' needs first.
When we've reached the agreed solution for your
office environment, we'll deliver and install the furniture and fittings, removing all
packaging. At the same time, we'll guide you through the small print of relevant
legislation, such as The Health and Safety at Work Act, 1974 and European Directive
9012701EEC. (You don't know about the European Directive? Better give us a ring right
now.)
Reading our comprehensive
service, you might be thinking we're a bit (how shall we put it?) pricey. Not at
all, that's our third magic touch.
We offer
value for money. By keeping our overheads low and negotiating hard with manufacturers,
we come up with quotations our competitors cannot believe. (We tell them it's the
Merlin wizardry at work.) In fact, so keen are we to deliver low prices that we often
don't recommend new furniture at all. By suggesting a programme of repair and
re-upholstery, we can breathe new life into your old furniture. And your financial
director can breathe a sigh of relief. We have a specialist furniture maintenance
department and a thriving upholstery and French polishing division. It may sound
sentimental, but we love office furniture. We hate to see a piece of furniture thrown out
before the end of its natural days, especially if all it needs, is a day with our
maintenance team.
